Our Support staff can help with a variety of issues you might run into while playing, such as:

  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Problems with inventory
  • Issues with Gameplay, such as matchmaking
  • Account suspensions
  • PR or Marketing Requests

We recommend checking the knowledge-base for information before contacting Support about troubles running the game. Most known issues and their solutions are found in the KB. If you still require assistance, do not hesitate to open a ticket with Support, we can take a closer look at the errors you may be encountering.

 

The delivery may be delayed if you are missing items from a recent purchase. However, if after 24 hours you're still missing items or currency, don't hesitate to contact Support.

 

Some things Support CAN NOT assist you with, these can be but are not limited to:

  • Registering game keys
  • Gifting a game to another person
  • Refunds for purchases made through Steam, PSN, Xbox, Epic, and other third-party storefronts

Issues like these typically involve contacting the storefront where you play the game, as we do not have access to these systems to change them. We hope this information helps provide you with a better experience!
